PLAYPATCH – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. How long does shipping take?
All PlayPatch orders ship within the United States only.
Our standard shipping time is:
- Economy Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Priority Shipping (Orders $40+): 3–7 business days (FREE)
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — PlayPatch currently ships within the U.S. only.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
You can track it anytime using our Order Tracking page or through the carrier’s website.
4. I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at:

We’ll update the address for you.
If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered!
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your name
- Order number
- A photo of the issue
We will issue store credit or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, we can no longer cancel the order.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major payment methods, including:

9. Where are PlayPatch products shipped from?
Most PlayPatch products ship from our U.S. partner warehouses,
and some ship from our authorized suppliers depending on stock availability.
All products ship within the United States.
